How long is Acer notebook warranty?

I bought my Acer notebook in March of 2006. How long is the warranty?

Also- where is the laptop serial number located?

There are two numbers behind the battery (on the laptop, stuck using stickers, one pink and one white) ... and neither of them were accepted by the online thing on Acer's website.

The warranty is usually for two years. The serial number is on the bottom of the laptop, not under the battery.

For Acer notebook limited warranty, 1 year warranty period which included carry-in, labor and parts.
While Desktop & LCD monitor- 3 years.

All Acer products come with a standard one-year warranty. However, you may have an extended warranty through the company you purchased it.

The serial number is located on the bottom of the laptop on a white barcode sticker. It will start with an LX. All of the "o"s are actually the number 0. Make sure that you are typing 0 and not o.
