Can't find bluetoooth application on Asus Eee Notebook?

I have a Asus Eee PC 1005HAB the seashell version. I have bluetooth but i can't seem to find the application to turn it on, i already went to control panel and network connections and hardware and tired Fn F2 nothing worked.

Click start, type in Bluetooth and search.
