Are netbooks and smartbooks wireless?

I mean like u don’t have 2 pay for broadbands and things like that to be able to surf the net? u know..like the way ipod touch is. :]

yeah ,i mean when you hear about smartbooks straight thing come to mind is connecting to internet everywhere,so basic things should be installed are connectivity and communication devices
