Chrome OS to increase Netbook / Smartbook Speeds

The new browser based Operating system is expected to be released officially sometime in 2010 and Googles intend is to increase the Operating speeds of Netbooks and Smartbooks.

Last few days be did came across some of the light weight Chrome OS versions. They are still at alpha stages so expect something big when the full version is released.

As I mentioned earlier, it is supposed to be based on the SSD so we can be sure to get some quick boot time. Some tests showed that as little as 7 seconds were required to boot the system.

I will post updates on this topic as soon as more information are gathered.
