Lenovo Skylight with Android OS Review

Lenovo's President Rory Read tells CRN that both the Skylight and the IdeaPad U1 are to be available before the end of the year 2010. We did expect it to have Android instead of the Skylight OS that it was supposed to come out with as Android have got well establish in the mobile computing space.

Having Android as the OS of this device is a good thing as well can expect some excellent apps coming out soon.

We know that Skylight is a hybrid computer where you can use the device as a laptop and also a table(after the top lid is opened). My guess is that we might still see the Skyligh OS to be used on the tablet but we are yet to see how that story gets into the picture. If not, they should come up with a way to use Android to provide simillar functions.
