QSD8672 Snapdragon Smartbook Processors

We have not heard a lot about the Dual Core 1.5GHz ARM Snapdragon processors and don't get excited as this new is not regarding the dual core.

The news from the latest Qualcomm event taking place now in London is that Qualcomm's dual core 1.2GHz processor is due to be out in the first quarter of 2011 if not this Christmas.

Qualcomm's fast ARM based dual core processor is going to be a processor that we need to wait and see how it turns out. It could end up in Tablet PCs, smartphone and smartbooks for sure.

DDR 2 / 3 memory interfaces
Faster performance
Less power consumption
