Toshiba Smartbook getting its way into the Smartbook Space

It seems that another laptop manufacturers are showing interests towards the Smartbook space as it was spotted by Blogeee that a model has shown up called the Toshiba AC100-114 mini laptop.



It is reported that this smartbook will feature a NVIDIA Tegra process and will run Google Andriod 2.1

Specifications :

• OS: Google Android 2.1
• Memory: 512MB DDR2 RAM
• Storage: 16GB solid state disk
• Connectivity: 802.11b/g/n WiFi

• Battery: 3 cells, 2200mAh, estimated 4-5 hour battery life
• Dimensions: 10.3″ x 7.5″ x 0.8″
• Weight: 2 pounds

The name might change as it gets to the market, so I am guessing that it could have a meaningful name like all the other manufacturers (Lenovo Skylight, Compac Airlife)

There is no words available if the system will have a 3G unit or not but I am guessing it is going to have it though.
